Multiple dose study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of AEOL 10150 in ALS.
Genetic & environmental epidemiology of ALS.
Collection of data and biomaterial for repository banking to facilitate research into the etiology of ALS and related motor neuron diseases.
Oxidative stress in ALS.
Investigation of the possible association of mutations and polymorphisms in wolframin with ALS.
