The Membership Fee

fully accepted as a member until the invoice for
that amount has been paid.
The World
Federation of Neurology Research Group on Motor
Neuron Diseases was established by the World
Federation of Neurology in 1998. Membership of the
Research Group is open to physicians with an
interest in clinical or scientific aspects of motor
neuron diseases, including ALS and the
Frontotemporal dementias.
The journal
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis is the official organ
of this working group and publishes high quality
clinical and laboratory research related to motor
neuron disorders, and ALS in particular. The Editors
encourage submission of original research, case
reports and short reports on all aspects of ALS,
frontotemporal dementia and related conditions,
including basic science, genetics, new treatments,
clinical trials, epidemiology, clinical
neurophysiology, and other clinical and scientific
aspects.
The membership fee
for the WFN group includes a subscription to the
journal, both in online and in print edition, and
provides full access to the reconfigured WFN ALS/MND
website, which will include a members-only online
facility for professional dialogue. Members will
also receive prior notice of WFN sponsored meetings,
including a half day scientific meeting before the
International Symposium on ALS/MND.
